Frequently asked questions

Is my phone e-SIM compatible?
Most recent iPhones (XR and newer) and many Android flagships support e-SIM. Check in “Settings > Cellular” if “Add e-SIM” is available.
When do I receive the QR code?
Right after payment is approved. You’ll receive the email with your QR code and instructions.
When does validity start?
On first network activation (usually when you enable the e-SIM in Morocco).
