Go Booking Tours is a digital platform for selling and promoting excursions, owned by the company Get Your Travel, specialized in new technology.

Go Booking Tours is an intermediary platform between customers and suppliers, developed by the company Get Your Travel SARL based in Dakhla. Created in 2024, Go Booking Tours specializes in selling and marketing excursions.

1. General Provisions

Get Your Travel is a Moroccan company registered with the Dakhla Commercial Register under number RC 26321, IF 60207869, with its head office located at 408 Boulevard Al Walae, Résidence Soumaya, 2nd floor, Apartment 2 – Dakhla 73000, Morocco.

2. Acceptance

The user declares having read these terms and conditions before placing an order and accepts them without reservation.

The booking is confirmed upon full payment. Without payment, the booking remains a pre-reservation without confirmation, and we will not be able to provide the service.

7.2 Payment

Get Your Travel is committed to offering www.gobookingtours.com customers internationally recognized payment providers that meet all standards for the protection of banking data, such as:

7.3 Final Nature of the Booking

Bookings made on the website www.gobookingtours.com constitute a firm and definitive commitment. After confirmation by Go Booking Tours via email to the address provided by the client, Go Booking Tours reserves the right to cancel, postpone, modify, or change the bookings.

7.4 Specific Booking Conditions

Bookings are final, except for certain services that may be subject to external factors such as weather conditions, lack of availability, booking software failure, mechanical breakdown, or force majeure.

8. Cancellation Conditions and Refund Timeframes

Any cancellation or change of date or time slot must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled service, regardless of the category.

9. Refund Policy

• Cancellation more than 72h in advance: 100% refund
• Cancellation more than 48h in advance: 50% refund
• Cancellation less than 24h in advance: 0% refund
• No Show: 0% refund
• Delays are treated as No Show: 0% refund

10. Booking Changes

As bookings are final and non-revocable, any request to change the date or time slot made by the client is subject to approval by www.gobookingtours.com.

Changing from one excursion to another is subject to review by the www.gobookingtours.com team, based on the destination, availability, and pricing. Additional charges may apply and are the responsibility of the client.
